• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, identifying client mental health needs and formulating tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services via secure video platforms, adapting your approach according to the unique circumstances and requirements of each client.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish their therapeutic goals, providing continuous support and guidance throughout their journey to mental wellness.
• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic methods, catering to different preferences and effective treatment strategies for a variety of mental health challenges.
• Keep accurate and timely records of therapy sessions, monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Your work will focus on a broad spectrum of clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will engage with diverse populations, providing culturally competent care and fostering an inclusive environment where every client feels valued and understood.

• Must hold a current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or possess a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and delivering therapy effectively in a remote setting.
• Exceptional empathy, compassion, and understanding in dealing with clients' unique life challenges.
• Organizational abilities and time-management skills to successfully maintain multiple client schedules and documentation smoothly.

• Experience in providing virtual therapy or telehealth services preferred.
• Knowledge of diverse therapeutic modalities and treatment methodologies.
• Previous experience in a team-oriented environment that supports interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Annual salary between USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with your patient caseload and experience.
