• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders.
• Develop and implement integrated care plans, ensuring effective coordination among clients, families, and various service providers.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
• Engage actively with multidisciplinary teams, participating in regular meetings and collaborating on treatment strategies to enhance client outcomes.
• Monitor the progress of clients throughout treatment, adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving needs and ensure optimal recovery paths.
• Identify and mitigate safety risks, ensuring a supportive and safe therapeutic environment for all clients.
• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, using your clinical judgement and skills to stabilize situations as they arise.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of required reports, supporting both compliance and client continuity of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives by attending committees and providing input on service delivery enhancements.

The primary clientele served by the Urban Renewal Center includes individuals from diverse backgrounds who may face socioeconomic challenges impacting their mental health. Clients range from children to adults, with a variety of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. • A current and valid LPC license to practice in Colorado.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to engage effectively with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technologies and relevant software.
• Commitment to ethical practice standards and adherence to organizational policies.

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical counseling, particularly in settings serving diverse and underserved populations.
• Expertise in crisis management, risk assessment, and treatment planning within mental health contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team-based environment, with a focus on client-centered care.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
