COMPENSATION

This is a 100% commission-based independent insurance agent opportunity. There is no base salary or guaranteed income.

Earnings are based on individual sales production and may vary significantly by agent. Opportunities for advancement, incentives, travel, and agency building are subject to applicable production and program requirements.


We’re building across multiple insurance and financial-services markets, including Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Medicare, and Annuities.

This gives agents the opportunity to develop across multiple product areas as they obtain the appropriate licenses, certifications, appointments, and training.

With Medicare enrollment and Open Enrollment approaching, we’re especially interested in individuals who want to learn, grow, and position themselves to serve more families across multiple insurance markets.

Whether you’re an experienced producer or completely new to the industry, we’re looking for people who are coachable, motivated, willing to learn, and ready to work.
