Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and families in a timely manner, ensuring thorough evaluation of needs and concerns.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients, including both individual and family therapies, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique situation.
  • Maintain thorough documentation, billing, and insurance authorization, ensuring all records meet regulatory requirements and are completed within specified timelines.
  • Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support client stability and long-term success.
  • Create and execute effective discharge plans that facilitate successful transitions to community resources or support systems.
  • Adhere to all current federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and Inspire Wellness policies and procedures, contributing to our culture of compliance and ethical practice.
  • Engage in regular professional development activities, including training workshops and continuing education opportunities, to enhance your competencies and stay abreast of industry advancements.
  • Participate in case consultation and agency meetings, collaborating with cross-functional teams to discuss challenges, share insights, and celebrate successes.
  • Complete all mandatory training and maintain active licensure as a mental health therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Illinois.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your role will involve addressing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, with a strong focus on tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or a related field that leads to licensure.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Illinois.
