• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and emotional well-being through interviews, questionnaires, and clinical evaluations.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in distress, ensuring a safe and responsive therapeutic environment.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, specifically as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a commitment to delivering personalized, high-quality mental health care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients and collaborating effectively within a team.

• A minimum of three years of experience as a Mental Health Therapist in a clinical, community, or private practice setting.

• Demonstrated ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including culturally competent practices.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, along with opportunities for performance bonuses.
