• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling via secure video sessions, ensuring client confidentiality and comfort.
• Conduct ongoing assessments to better understand client needs, developing personalized treatment plans that encompass therapeutic goals.
• Support clients in developing effective coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and improved communication techniques to enhance their overall mental health.
• Actively participate in case consultations and contribute to peer supervision to foster a collaborative approach to client treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans with minimal paperwork burdens.
• Utilize a user-friendly counseling platform to manage appointments, client communications, and treatment tracking efficiently.

The primary focus of this role is to serve low-acuity adults who are generally stable in their mental health conditions. By delivering individualized counseling services, you will play a critical role in assisting clients in navigating life’s stressors, improving their emotional resilience, and fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship that promotes personal growth.

• A Master's degree or higher in one of the following fields: Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current independent state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Ability to provide therapy without supervision and a clean disciplinary record.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to effectively engage with clients remotely.
• Basic computer literacy and a stable internet connection to facilitate telehealth sessions.
