Position Overview

Family Unity Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic remote team. This full-time position allows for flexible work from home while providing critical support to individuals and families in need. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, using a warm and empathetic approach that encourages openness.

  • Develop comprehensive service plans that outline specific treatment goals and actionable steps to help clients achieve positive outcomes.
  • Actively advocate for clients' rights and facilitate their access to vital resources including housing, education, and healthcare services.
  • Contribute to program development initiatives, evaluate service effectiveness, and assist in grant writing and reporting to secure funding for ongoing programs.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with community organizations, local government, and other stakeholders to expand the reach and effectiveness of our services.
  • Participate in ongoing training, community outreach activities, and team-building initiatives to enhance skills and foster a strong team dynamic.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
