Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Serene Unity Center, you will engage in a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, thus ensuring personalized treatment strategies.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans employing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic techniques tailored to clients’ unique situations.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the integrity of patient information.
• Fostering a team-oriented approach by collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues to provide comprehensive, integrated care, addressing all aspects of a client’s mental health.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, which are vital for professional growth and enhancing therapy outcomes.
• Empowering patients and their families through education about mental health concerns, available treatment modalities, and support resources within the community.
• Staying informed about advancements and best practices in the field of mental health to provide clients with the most effective care possible.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
