• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and resources, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of their situation.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment methods like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans with specific goals and actionable interventions to effectively address clients' needs.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care, ensuring client-centered treatment plans are developed and executed.
• Administer crisis intervention strategies, including risk assessments and safety planning, to support clients in acute situations.
• Maintain thorough documentation following ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring all client interactions and treatment plans are accurately recorded.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to empower clients through shared experiences.

Your work at Unity Harbor Center will involve interacting with a wide range of clients, from children and adolescents to adults and seniors, each facing their own unique challenges. Whether a client is dealing with the aftermath of trauma, grappling with anxiety or depression, or seeking to improve their overall emotional well-being, your role is to provide crucial support and therapies that promote healing and resilience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, providing direct clinical services.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and effective treatment approaches.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills, enabling effective client relationships.

• Experience with trauma-informed care and working with diverse populations, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to ensure efficient client documentation and communication.
• Previous experience in group therapy facilitation and psychoeducational programming.
