Job description


Future Engineers is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to contract on current and future development projects. We expect senior level expertise in the following areas:

  • Must be experienced in .NET suite of tools
  • C#, ASP.NET MVC5
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Senior Level Database Architecture & Design
  • Platform optimization and load time optimization
  • Ability to interface with front-end developers to create quality, responsive web experiences for users.
  • Site provisioning, hosting, and data storage setup; Experience with Azure a plus
  • Identifying and fixing bugs
  • Defining tasks and managing backlog to deliver on larger product development goals
  • Ability to learn new tools, frameworks, or languages as needed to support new projects or update a legacy development project
  • Development of project reports, report export functionality
  • Maintenance and development of new custom features for a content management system
  • Transaction email setup and updates


This opportunity will require expertise to work independently on development tasks, as well as collaboration skills to work with our UX Design and Product Development Team to build out new platform features.

This is a remote position and anticipated to be 10-20 hours per week. Only US-based developers will be considered. Meetings will occur during Pacific Standard Time working hours.
