• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' emotional and behavioral issues, as well as their backgrounds and treatment goals.
• Provide therapy services, including individual, couples, and family therapy, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.
• Collaborate closely with educators and other professionals to create personalized treatment plans that address the specific mental health needs of each client.
• Utilize telehealth technology to engage with students and their families, ensuring a seamless quality of care from a remote environment.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical notes, treatment plans, and client progress, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.

In this role, you will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and family-related issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York.
• A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Proficient clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and intervention delivery.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with a diverse clientele.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical or school setting is strongly preferred.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, accompanied by a performance-based bonus structure.
