• Utilize your education and training to conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and formulate independent diagnoses for a diverse patient population.

• Implement evidence-based interventions, such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, while regularly assessing effectiveness.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required to provide appropriate mental health services.
• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for this role.
• At least one year of practical experience as an independently licensed therapist is necessary to ensure you can offer the highest standard of care.

We prefer candidates with experience in dual diagnosis treatment or working within detoxification settings, which can enhance your capability to provide compassionate, informed care. The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
