Work Environment

This role is a fully remote position, designed to accommodate mental health professionals who require flexibility in their work environment. While you will primarily work from home, you will be part of a closely-knit team that values collaboration and communication. Your work hours will typically be from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to meet the varying needs of your clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as solution-focused therapy to develop tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each individual.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities to facilitate positive client outcomes.
  • Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring that sensitive patient information is adequately protected.
  • Collaborate with a rich multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide well-rounded care.
  • Participate in routine case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance service quality and clinical effectiveness.
