Job Summary
Reviews, analyzes, modifies, creates, debugs, designs, and tests applications using modern development methodologies and tools. Provides key insight in design and application architecture discussions. A key player on a multidisciplinary team and will engage in all aspects of the application development life cycle as needed for each project to be successful.
Job Duties

  • Responsible for the process, life cycle and creation of the software to assist users in completing a computer task or program.
  • Implements code and documents all system changes based on assignments and timelines.
  • Develops and follows department coding and user interface guidelines.
  • Provides code review, testing, debugging, technical documentation, general testing instructions, go-live planning, assistance in go-live moves, and post-live support.
  • Communicates any and all progress, roadblocks, and issues to the team and management in a timely manner.
  • Provides training and documentation to team members on new development assignments.
  • Trains and mentors staff members.
  • Assists in the development and documentation of a technical approach for a solution to the team stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of technical experience in RPA development.
  • 3+ years of experience using UiPath RPA tool required.
  • 2+ years of experience leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) & RPA automation in combination with each other.
  • Strong understanding of documentation and document workflow processes in relation.
  • UiPath Certified Professional Certification.
  • Expertise in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere), programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, .NET), business process and workflow orchestration platforms (e.g Appian, Pega), and experience with systems and data integration techniques (e.g. APIs, Kafka, ETL, IPSec VPN Tunnels, VMWare).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage teams, and effectively communicate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on developing solutions that drive operational efficiency and accuracy
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
  • Test automated processes with responsibility for detailed design specifications and other documents
