Verification & Screening Representative
Onsite in Goodlettsville | Fully Remote eligible after temporary to hire conversion (approx. 4-6mos)
Open to candidates residing in Nashville, TN and Surrounding areas only
Daily Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00
$18.00 - $20.00 hourly pay range

No formal interview required - just a quick virtual meeting with the CFS Recruiter! Start date will is pending clear security checks.


Tasks & Responsibilities - Verification & Screening Representative:

  • Review, process, and verify employment and deposit information with accuracy, confidentiality, and timely communication.
  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and live chat support, to handle verification requests and employer inquiries.
  • Send, track, and manage verification forms and third‑party requests efficiently while maintaining organized documentation.
  • Manage high volumes of email correspondence and multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications - Verification & Screening Representative:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Confident handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
  • Dependable, steady worker with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Quick learner with strong notetaking and documentation skills
