About the Opportunity
A growing organization is seeking a highly capable Head of Marketing / GTM Systems
Lead to own marketing strategy, execution, automation, and measurable growth.
This is a unique role for someone who blends marketing leadership with strong
technical fluency. The ideal candidate understands paid media, SEO, outbound
campaigns, funnels, analytics, and automation but can also use AI tools, APIs, and
low-code/no-code platforms to build scalable systems without relying heavily on
engineering support.
This person will be responsible for creating the marketing engine, improving lead
generation, building repeatable processes, and using data to continuously optimize
performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full marketing funnel, including strategy, planning, execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Lead marketing initiatives across paid media, SEO, content, outbound campaigns, email, and conversion optimization.
  • Build and improve landing pages, tracking systems, dashboards, workflows, and marketing automation.
  • Develop scalable outbound systems, including cold email infrastructure, deliverability, sequencing, and lead generation processes.
  • Use AI tools and automation platforms to improve speed, output, reporting, and internal workflows.
  • Partner with sales, leadership, product, and operations to align marketing with business growth goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, attribution, and other key metrics.
  • Run experiments, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve the GTM engine.
  • Guide and support internal team members or outside vendors as needed.

Ideal Background
  • Strong experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, content, and outbound marketing.
  • Comfortable with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, tracking, analytics, and marketing systems.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar platforms to improve execution and automation.
  • Ability to read, modify, or work around code with AI assistance is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with tools or languages such as SQL, Python, TypeScript, React, or BI platforms is helpful but not required.

What Makes Someone Successful
  • Strategic enough to build the plan, but hands-on enough to execute.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven.
  • Strong communicator who can explain strategy, results, and priorities clearly.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Curious, resourceful, and constantly learning.
  • Able to lead people, manage vendors, and collaborate across departments.

What Success Looks Like
  • Marketing systems are organized, measurable, and scalable.
  • Lead generation improves across paid, organic, and outbound channels.
  • AI and automation are embedded into daily marketing and operational workflows.
  • Reporting becomes clearer, more consistent, and more actionable.
  • The company has a stronger GTM engine with less manual work and better visibility into performance.

Flexible work from home options available.
