  • Continuously monitor clients' progress through regular check-ins and therapeutic feedback, pivoting treatment approaches as required to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide timely crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring a comprehensive support system is in place.
  • Ensure meticulous maintenance of client documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing approved electronic health record systems.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development including training in the latest mental health research and treatment methodologies.
  • Participate in clinical supervisions and team meetings, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous learning among peers.
  • Uphold the ethical guidelines set forth by relevant licensing bodies to maintain professional standards and accountability.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve range from adolescents to adults presenting with various mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet their individual cultural, social, and personal contexts. Our clients frequently seek the timely and effective support you will provide, aligning with our commitment to enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist is essential (LMFT, LPC, LPC/MHSP, or LCSW).
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are fundamental to this role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities that foster trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • A genuine commitment to client well-being characterized by empathy, compassion, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, while also functioning effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ethical guidelines and laws governing mental health practice.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a proactive approach to self-improvement.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of three years of professional experience in a clinical mental health setting.
