Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 per year
A bit about us:
---------
We're a full-service, multi-office law firm with a national platform and a growing West Coast presence, anchored by a downtown Los Angeles office. Our litigation group handles a real mix — general commercial disputes, creditor/banking-adjacent matters, and IP work — for clients who need practical counsel, not just paper. The culture skews collegial and low-ego: partners are accessible, and associates get real courtroom and client exposure early.
Why join us?
---------
Why Join Us:
True flexibility — work from the office or remote, your call, as long as you can be in court when a matter demands it.
Cross-practice exposure (commercial litigation, creditors'/banking matters, IP) that broadens your book faster than a single-lane litigation seat.
Compensation at $170K sits meaningfully above what's typically reported for comparable LA litigation associate roles — a genuine differentiator, not a marketing line.
Direct access to senior litigators and real case ownership, not just doc review
Job Details
---------
You'll handle litigation matters end-to-end — motion practice, discovery, depositions, and court appearances — while supporting cross-practice work in creditors'/banking and IP disputes. Expect a mixed docket rather than a single-issue caseload.
Must-haves:
  • 4–8 years of litigation experience with a stable job history
  • Active California Bar admission (required, non-negotiable)
  • Willingness and ability to travel for court appearances, regardless of home base
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote/hybrid setup
