• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patient needs, establishing a therapeutic rapport from the initial interaction.
• Create individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based and solution-focused methods, integrating client goals and preferences.
• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customizing interventions to meet the specific requirements of each client.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations, ensuring meticulous case documentation and record-keeping practices.
• Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care and share insights on best practices for client improvement.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews, fostering an environment of continuous professional development and clinical excellence.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, making sure they feel empowered to make informed decisions about their care.

The clients you will serve represent a wide demographic spectrum, including young adults, families, and individuals dealing with acute and chronic mental health conditions. Particular focus will be given to those navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression, requiring a sensitive and individualized approach to therapy. Your empathetic guidance will make a measurable impact on their lives, ensuring each client feels safe and understood in their mental health journey.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from a recognized and accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.
• Proven experience in delivering solution-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to meet diverse client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust-based relationships with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating an aptitude for guiding clients toward positive mental health outcomes.
