Job Description:

  • Job Title: Regional Sales Account Executive
  • Salary: $120,000 base + commission
    • Sales Executives earn commission based on Contract Value as confirmed by the CFO at the time of contract execution. Commission is 5% of Contract Value for New Clients and is variable; no cap. Commission is triggered by the first customer payment and paid as a single lump-sum on the next full payroll cycle. Essential Job Functions:

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proficient understanding of the healthcare industry, with niche expertise in Tribal healthcare.
  • Comfort with CRM applications.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
