• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and areas of improvement from the comfort of your chosen work environment.
• Provide a variety of therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based treatment techniques that resonate with clients' specific needs.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and community organizations to coordinate comprehensive care plans, ensuring that clients receive holistic support.
• Document client progress and treatment interventions using scalable electronic health record (EHR) systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files.
• Regularly participate in team meetings and peer supervision to discuss client outcomes and share best practices while supporting one another in professional development.

Your work as a Remote Mental Health Counselor will span a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will be equipped to handle clients of all ages, from children to adults, and will invest in developing trust and rapport to facilitate meaningful therapeutic progress.

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Licensing: You must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently in your field, including:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses will be accepted, and candidates should have no disciplinary actions on record.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct professional evaluations and create tailored treatment plans that reflect an understanding of individual client needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, displaying empathy, active listening, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• You must be proficient in using computers and digital platforms for therapy and documentation.

• Experience delivering telehealth treatment, particularly in remote therapy settings.
• Demonstrated experience with evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy.
• Prior experience working within a team-based healthcare model or community organization.

• The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
