As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans rooted in best practices.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other contemporary modalities to treat diverse mental health issues.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and treatment documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and proper care management.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to deliver holistic and coordinated patient care.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights, strategies, and enhance service delivery.
• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources that aid in recovery and resilience.
• Staying current on the latest research in mental health, integrating new knowledge into your practice to continuously improve service provision.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and interpersonal issues. Your ability to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual will be essential in fostering positive outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with a focused background in psychotherapy.
• Demonstrable proficiency in evidence-based practices and solution-focused therapies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with team members.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities for comprehensive case assessments and treatment planning.
• Ability to work cohesively within a virtual team environment while managing independent responsibilities.

While not mandatory, experience working in a school-based setting or with adolescents is a plus. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems will also enhance your adaptability and effectiveness in this position.
