We have streamlined processes in place, including in-house credentialing and benefits management, giving you more time to focus on what truly matters—your clients.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailored to meet client-specific needs, and utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans.
• Facilitate and document initial assessments, ensuring timely triaging of care based on identified psychosocial needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams through effective communication during patient rounds, documenting treatment and intervention strategies to ensure cohesive care.
• Employ clinical knowledge and skills to address the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of all patients, respecting diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Manage a caseload of assigned patients, providing case management that includes consultation and collaboration with hospital and community resources to guarantee comprehensive care.
• Adhere to ethical standards in the timely completion and documentation of therapeutic interventions and progress notes according to departmental protocols.
• Utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) among other evidence-based treatment modalities, guiding patients and families through their individualized service plans aimed at enhancing psychological well-being.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health challenges. Your clinical support will be vital in fostering resilience and facilitating positive outcomes within this vulnerable community.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) in the State of California is a mandatory requirement for applicants.
• Candidates should be willing to commit to a schedule of up to 40 hours per week, providing clinical sessions and contributing to overall clinic operations.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required, demonstrating proficiency in providing therapeutic interventions.

• Experience in a community health or outpatient setting is highly desirable, as it prepares candidates to understand the unique challenges and dynamics involved within these environments.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems will be an advantage, as it ensures seamless documentation and communication within our team.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. Our benefits include:
