We are seeking a compassionate and detail oriented Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. In this role, you will manage inbound inquiries, conduct intake interviews, document case details accurately, and help ensure a seamless client experience from the very first interaction. The ideal candidate is empathetic, organized, tech savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment. *Must be available to work on Sundays*

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective clients
  • Conduct intake interviews with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy
  • Enter and maintain lead information in the firm's CRM system
  • Triage inquiries appropriately and escalate urgent matters when needed
  • Follow-up with prospective clients regularly
  • Schedule consultations and coordinate with attorneys and staff
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of all client interactions
  • Assist with referral management, email triage, and document collection
  • Collaborate with attorneys, intake leadership, and operations staff to support an efficient intake process

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in legal intake, customer service, or a client facing role primarily over the phone
  • Experience in personal injury or civil litigation strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and active listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidential
  • Proficiency with CRM and intake platforms such as Litify, Salesforce, Lead Docket, or Dial PAD
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish speaking, are strongly encouraged to apply
