    Job Summary

    The Territory Account Manager is responsible for developing and nurturing the growth of all regional end users accounts in the assigned region by maintaining and improving client relationships. The Territory Account Manager will serve as the primary sales contact for end user accounts by addressing needs and concerns to develop and maintain strong relationships. This position is responsible for increasing sales growth, profitability and identifying new opportunities within a defined region. The Territory Account Manager position will report directly to the Commercial Director of Sales. 

    Essential Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, maintain and improve end user relationships.
    • Close new sales and achieve or exceed sales targets.
    • Negotiate regional sales agreements and contracts with assigned end users by utilizing company pricing models
    • Set and monitor sales forecasted targets and budgets.
    • Prioritizing customer satisfaction.
    • Collect and analyze sales data and trends.
    • Establish a minimum of quarterly touch base meetings with top end user accounts.
    • Present performance to management regularly.
    • Provide constant communication with all levels of the commercial sales team.

    Safety

    • Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements.
    • Report to supervision conditions or practices that are either unsafe or that may adversely impact the environment, to ensure prompt resolution of potential hazards.
    • Attend scheduled EH&S training program.

    Product Safety and Quality

    • Follows Product Safety and Quality standards.
    • Follows GMP’s in regard to food contact packaging as it pertains to the employee.
    • Follows IPC product defense standards and complies with all SQF requirements.

    • Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; 5+ years related experience and/or training; or 10+ years of equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, Including executive and C-level
    • Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience in managing multi-million-dollar accounts 
    • Possess excellent negotiation and leadership skills 
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office software
    • Experience with Salesforce and/or CRM systems
    • Position requires extensive Travel
