• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health challenges and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques that promote healing and personal development.
• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, documenting progress to ensure accountability and transparency.
• Deliver teletherapy services, accommodating clients who may have transportation issues or prefer virtual communication for their sessions.
• Maintain detailed and ethical documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on industry trends.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and other mental health disorders. Your ability to establish a trusting and empathetic therapeutic relationship with clients will be instrumental in facilitating their healing journey. • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms for virtual sessions.
