Job Description:
OSIS is seeking a highly organized, polished, and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide strategic and operational support to our CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
This role is fully remote but requires onsite attendance in Cincinnati, OH, for 1-2 days each month. Candidates must be located within a 4-5 hour driving radius of Cincinnati.
This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing confidential information, and has exceptional Microsoft Office skills, particularly in creating executive-level presentations and business communications.
What You'll Do
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence.
  • Develop professional, executive-level PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings, company-wide forums, strategic planning sessions, and Board of Directors meetings.
  • Draft, edit, and maintain executive communications, strategic documents, agendas, reports, and meeting materials with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed meeting minutes, track action items, and coordinate follow-up activities.
  • Support the OSIS Board of Directors through meeting coordination, document preparation, and administrative support.
  • Coordinate executive travel, conferences, company events, and offsite meetings.
  • Collaborate with departments across the organization to gather information and create accurate, polished materials for leadership.
  • Serve as the primary contact for office vendors, building services, office supplies, and facility coordination.
  • Support internal culture initiatives, employee events, and organizational programs.

What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including: PowerPoint (creating executive and board-level presentations), Word (professional business documents and communications), Outlook (calendar and meeting management), Excel (data organization and reporting).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or boards of directors preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
