About the Opportunity:
A remote opportunity with flexible hours. We are seeking individuals who have a level of expertise in luxury travel that includes destination event management with group experiences, entertainment, sports and leisure travel, wellness, cultural and experiential escapes, while delivering executive, corporate concierge services that will operate as an Independent Business Owner. As a Travel Concierge, you will provide customized luxury travel planning and create seamless worldwide travel experiences for business and HNW clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and arrange travel itineraries for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other travel-related services.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations tailored to the client's preferences.
  • Stay abreast of travel industry trends, destinations, regulations and promotions.
  • Collaborate with travel suppliers, vendors, and other partners to secure the best experiences and availability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Address client inquiries, issues and emergencies with professionalism and promptness.
  • Handle travel documentation, including passports/visas and travel protection.
  • Maintain detailed client records of bookings, payments and client preferences.

Requirements:
  • Must be authorized to work in the US, UK, Europe and Mexico
  • A positive attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience booking both domestic and international travel (individual and group)
  • Extensive experience managing high-level executives' / VIPs' travel booking for a "discretion" travel brand.
  • College degree in hospitality management, business administration, or equivalent
  • Excellent ability to build and manage relationships
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective client needs
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office Suite
