Join the Househappy Team as a Lead Concierge!

Househappy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of customer service and inside sales, with a passion for helping homeowners navigate repair and maintenance needs. If you enjoy building relationships, uncovering customer needs, and driving service adoption, this is a strong opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, delivering a high-quality, concierge-level experience

  • Build trust with customers by clearly setting expectations and maintaining consistent communication

  • Ensure timely updates to homeowners and service providers, keeping all parties informed and aligned

  • Foster long-term relationships with both new and existing customers and contractors

Inside Sales & Service Expansion

  • Identify customer needs, recommend additional home services and ancillary products

  • Support outbound and inbound sales efforts to drive service adoption and revenue growth

  • Contribute to achieving monthly individual and team sales targets

Job Management & Operations

  • Schedule, manage, and oversee home maintenance and improvement jobs from initiation through completion

  • Review and validate bid requests and estimates for accuracy prior to customer approval

  • Monitor job progress and proactively address delays or service issues

  • Ensure all activities are properly documented within CRM systems

Workload & Process Management

  • Prioritize and manage multiple service requests to meet company goals and service level expectations

  • Follow established processes and best practices for communication, service coordination, and sales execution

  • Maintain strong attention to detail while operating in a fast-paced environment

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, including operations, contractor network, and leadership

  • Collaborate effectively while reporting to the VP of Client Services

  • Provide feedback on customer trends and opportunities to improve service delivery

Required Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related role

  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships while driving sales outcomes

  • Experience using CRM systems to track customer interactions, opportunities, and job progress

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in home repair, maintenance, construction, or home services industries

  • Familiarity with reviewing estimates, scopes of work, or contractor bids

  • Background in a concierge-style service model or service coordination role

  • Experience upselling or cross-selling service-based offerings
