• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to diagnose mental health conditions and identify appropriate treatments.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the interdisciplinary team.
• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Regularly collaborate with colleagues, physicians, and community partners to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Stay informed on advancements in mental health therapies and integrate new approaches into practice as necessary.

Your role will encompass working with a diverse clientele, including children, adults, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. The clinic primarily focuses on individuals who have experienced trauma, struggle with anxiety, and suffer from depression. Your expertise in trauma-informed approaches will be essential in fostering trust and facilitating healing in your clients.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMSW) certification in Pennsylvania.
