• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to establish clients' mental health needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligned with their therapeutic goals and cultural backgrounds.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to clinic policies and professional guidelines.
• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with vital knowledge and strategies to manage mental health challenges effectively.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a diverse, multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to optimize patient care.
• Implement outcome assessments to monitor treatment effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to enhance client support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in mental health, integrating best practices into your professional work.
• Uphold ethical standards to protect client confidentiality at all times.

The LCSW will work primarily with a diverse range of patients, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and those experiencing trauma-related mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required, along with an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
