This full-time role offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients effectively. As a telehealth provider, you will work with a diverse clientele and manage appointments through secure online platforms, ensuring effective therapeutic interventions while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and patient care.

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand clients' backgrounds and the complexities of their trauma history.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience building, and ongoing support.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions designed to help clients process their experiences, develop coping strategies, and promote emotional healing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated care and comprehensive support for clients.
• Respond to crisis situations that arise, offering immediate support and intervention when necessary.
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and continued professional development opportunities focused on enhancing trauma-informed practices.
• Keep updated on the latest research and advancements in trauma therapy to effectively incorporate new knowledge into practice.

The primary focus of this role is to provide mental health services to individuals who have experienced trauma, including adults and adolescents grappling with PTSD, complex trauma reactions, and dissociative disorders. You will be essential in guiding them through their healing processes, utilizing a client-centered approach that respects each individual's journey and pace.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed care principles.
• Demonstrated ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities in a counseling setting.
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, non-judgmental demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently in a remote environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a mental health counseling role with a focus on trauma.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
• Experience conducting workshops or group therapy sessions aimed at trauma recovery.
