  • Monitor client moods and behaviors to assess their emotional and psychological well-being actively, providing interventions as needed to ensure a supportive environment.
  • Assist clients with medication management tasks, including setting reminders for medication intake and ensuring medications are refilled as necessary, in accordance with the therapeutic goals.
  • Facilitate transportation for clients when required, guiding them through the utilization of public transport systems to promote independence and access to essential services.
  • Oversee the acquisition and management of household and office supplies to ensure smooth operations in delivering care.
