The Business Translator plays a critical role in Solenis's AI for Growth program by ensuring AIdriven sales insights are successfully activated within commercial teams to deliver measurable business impact. Acting as the bridge between commercial leadership and data science, this role is accountable for translating AI model outputs into actionable commercial initiatives that accelerate sales funnel velocity and revenue capture.
This position focuses exclusively on AIprioritized growth opportunities, working closely with commercial leaders to embed insights directly into sales workflows, tools, and decisionmaking processes. The role does not perform data science or digital marketing work; instead, it ensures that AI investments translate into adoption, momentum, and tangible results at the commercial frontline.
Key Responsibilities- Translate commercial strategy and business priorities into clearly defined, highvalue AI and analytics use cases
- Drive adoption and activation of AIpowered sales opportunities across commercial teams
- Facilitate structured working sessions with commercial stakeholders to validate insights, gather feedback, and refine use cases
- Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to embed AI insights into commercial processes and tools, including Salesforce workflows, winrooms, campaign planning, seller action lists, and funnel prioritization
