Of Counsel - Senior Family Law Attorney Remote | Colorado (Denver or Colorado Springs offices available) | 10-15 hours/week The Staff Pad has partnered with a respected, multi-state law firm seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Attorney (Of Counsel). This role is ideal for a small or solo family law practitioner looking to supplement their existing practice while benefiting from the resources and support of a well-established firm. Key Responsibilities: Handle complex family law matters with a high level of independence.

Provide legal counsel to clients in cases involving divorce, custody, support, and related family law issues. Manage client relationships and maintain high levels of service and satisfaction. Collaborate with firm leadership and attorneys as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

Balance firm cases with your own existing practice or supplemental caseload. Qualifications: Licensed attorney in Colorado. Minimum of 8-10 years of family law experience; senior-level practitioners strongly encouraged to apply.

Proven ability to independently manage family law cases from intake to resolution. Strong client communication, negotiation, and litigation skills. Interest in supplementing an existing practice with additional billable work.
