What does a remote training director do?

A Remote Training Director oversees the planning, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for employees or clients, all while working remotely. They are responsible for managing training staff, developing curriculum, and ensuring that learning initiatives align with organizational goals. Using digital tools, they coordinate virtual workshops, track progress, and measure the effectiveness of training sessions. Their role is crucial for organizations with distributed teams or those shifting to remote work environments.
