Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized System Trainer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs for our business software applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product development and user adoption, ensuring our customers and internal teams are fully equipped to leverage our platform's capabilities. You will manage the end-to-end training lifecycle-from content creation to delivery-while collaborating closely with product teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Course Development & Management

  • Design & Update Content: Create, maintain, and update engaging training courses for both online and in-person delivery, including customized curriculums tailored to specific customer needs.

  • Training Delivery: Lead impactful training sessions and manage all associated administrative tasks, including scheduling, client communications, and logistics.

  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and continuously refine training programs to ensure alignment with product updates and optimal learning outcomes.

Communication & Coordination

  • Release Readiness: Proactively coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content is fully updated and ready in time for new product releases and feature updates.

  • Customer Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding upcoming training sessions, bookings, and post-training feedback collection.

Collaboration & Alignment

  • Product Synergy: Partner closely with Product Managers to stay ahead of the product roadmap, understand new feature benefits, and align training objectives with broader business goals.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain rigorous content quality standards and effectively manage joint initiatives across multiple teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience developing and delivering training courses for business software applications within a product development cycle.

  • Instructional Design: Demonstrated experience writing clear, concise instructional text and documentation.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of comfort presenting to diverse groups and audiences.

  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently while meeting strict deadlines.

  • Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external customers across various industries and leadership levels.

  • Security Clearance: Eligible and willing to obtain the necessary Security Clearance.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Proven competency in delivering highly interactive online and in-person training sessions.

  • Experience creating engaging eLearning modules and multimedia/video training content.


Target Base Salary Range:$80,000 USD - $100,000 USD
