About the role
As part of our BD team, you will focus on expanding Injective's institutional network by building strategic relationships. You will play a critical role in growing liquidity across the Injective ecosystem, driving new institutional partnerships, and supporting the launch of new markets and training initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage relationships with centralized exchanges (CEXs), market makers, trading firms, liquidity providers, and institutional partners to expand the Injective ecosystem
  • Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships that drive liquidity, trading activity, and ecosystem growth
  • Lead business development efforts for new exchange listings, trading integrations, liquidity initiatives, and institutional partnerships
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and ecosystem teams to support exchange integrations, new market launches, and liquidity initiatives
  • Work closely with market makers and ecosystem partners to coordinate liquidity programs, incentive campaigns, and go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor market structure, trading activity, and competitive exchange landscapes to identify new business opportunities and optimize partnership strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners while identifying opportunities to expand collaboration
Who you are:
  • 3+ years of business development, partnerships, or sales at a crypto exchange or market making business
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, market structure, market making, liquidity provisioning, and institutional trading
  • Familiarity with spot markets, perpetual futures, derivatives, token listings, and exchange infrastructure
  • An existing network of relationships across exchanges, market makers, trading firms, or other institutional participants is highly desirable
  • Experience launching liquidity programs, institutional partnerships, or exchange integrations
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify strategic opportunities and execute independently
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based and eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
