the best leaders stay connected to the work and coach from firsthand experience.
What You'll Do

  • Personally participate in outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
  • Conduct impactful one-on-one coaching sessions that improve confidence, skills, and results.
  • Monitor KPIs and transform performance data into actionable coaching plans.
  • Create contests, incentive programs, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities that drive engagement.

where you've successfully led high-performing teams.
We're looking for someone who has:
  • Successfully developed people into high-performing teams.
  • Previously excelled as an individual contributor in B2B outbound sales, business development, appointment setting, or another high-volume phone environment before moving into leadership.
  • Experience coaching B2B outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Experience leading remote and geographically distributed teams.
  • A passion for coaching, mentoring, recognition, and employee development.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to coach using performance metrics.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales performance dashboards.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Permanent residency in one of the following states is required: AL, DE, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, KY, MS, NE, NH, NC, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WV, WI, LA

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading teams responsible for outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting.
  • Technology, SaaS, IT services, cybersecurity, telecommunications, or other complex B2B sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (not required).
  • Professional fluency in Spanish, French, or German.

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly performance incentives.
