We're seeking a Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, agents and clients in the US and Canada. This individual determines appropriate action to be taken using knowledge of products and services, while maintaining quality, productivity, and time-service standards. Focus on providing timely and professional customer service is essential.

Your Impact:

  • Talk with customers, agents and clients by phone and/or web to answer insurance related questions regarding the customer's account. Follow-up will be needed to ensure accuracy of information, timely response and outstanding customer issues. These calls will be both in an inbound and outbound fashion.

  • Assist customers with problem resolution to ensure all insurance requirements are met and verifies and enters correct information into the computer using company guidelines

  • Process policies and related document to ensure accurate and efficient flow through the appropriate processing system.

  • Provide assistance to other departments when workload dictates.

  • Consistently achieve departmental standards of productivity and accuracy.

  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of the facility, computer system, programs, customer and client information.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Must have at least six months of customer service-related experience

  • Must be fluent in English and French (speaking, spelling, and grammar)

Available Schedules:

  • Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Central Time

  • Tuesday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Central Time and Saturday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Central Time

Training is provided the first 3 weeks to learn the systems, procedures, and documentation and continued guidance to help you learn and succeed!

Pay Range:

$16.00 - $16.00 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
