Work Environment

This role allows for a completely remote working environment, providing flexibility and the opportunity to connect with clients from various backgrounds across San Jose, California, and beyond. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly individual and group supervision sessions to practicum students that are pursuing clinical licensure, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Conduct comprehensive psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other healthcare professionals and community resources, to develop integrated treatment plans that address the holistic needs of clients.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and confidential client records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, as well as organizational policies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research, therapy advancements, and best practices to continually refine and improve therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Professional liability insurance must be secured upon hiring.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supervising practicum students or trainees within a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for seamless documentation.
• Comfortable utilizing remote communication tools for therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer an attractive compensation package that ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, accompanied by a sign-on bonus of $3,000. This role is fully outpatient, fostering a balance of professional and personal life. Our benefits package includes:
