What You'll Do
The Senior Associate, Client Operations Analyst supports day-to-day client service activities by coordinating workflow, maintaining process documentation, preparing reporting, and responding to research requests. This role works with Client Service Managers and internal partners to support accurate, timely, and compliant service delivery for assigned clients.
  • Support daily workflow: Supports daily work for assigned clients by tracking deliverables, organizing priorities, and escalating issues or exceptions as needed to help ensure timely service.
  • Maintain process documentation: Assists with developing and updating client-specific process documentation to support consistency, knowledge sharing, and adherence to established requirements.
  • Prepare reporting: Prepares, reviews, and distributes routine and customized reports for clients and internal partners, helping ensure information is accurate and complete.
  • Partner on service needs: Works closely with Client Service Managers and internal teams to support client needs, address service questions, and help implement practical solutions.
  • Conduct research: Responds to research requests from clients and internal partners by gathering information, reviewing available data, and providing clear summaries or next steps.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are
  • 2+ years of experience in client service, financial services, or plan/policy operations or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Working knowledge of plan/policy administration and financial concepts, with the ability to apply procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Non-Qualified plan experience is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and experienced with recordkeeping or workflow systems.
  • Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range
$55800 - $100800 / year

  • Wichita, KS: $55,800 - $75,600 / year
  • Des Moines, IA: $58,900 - $79,800 / year
  • Charlotte, NC: $62,000 - $84,000 / year
  • Chicago/Minneapolis: $68,200 - $92,400 / year
  • Los Angeles/New York City: $74,400 - $100,800 / year

Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

Work Environments
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, Charlotte and Raleigh, NC). You'll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
