In Touch Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC) to join our dynamic team as a Remote Mental Health Therapist. This full-time role allows you to provide high-quality mental health care to clients from the comfort of your own home, utilizing telehealth technology to deliver essential therapeutic services. Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse set of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve understanding each client’s unique circumstances and providing tailored support that respects their individual experiences.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • Active Washington State licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC is required.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills with a proven ability to develop effective treatment plans based on individual client needs.
  • Proficiency in telehealth technology, with the capability to conduct sessions through secure platforms designed for mental health services.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients remotely.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling role, particularly in a teletherapeutic setting.
