Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions primarily via a secure telehealth platform, utilizing video conferencing tools to connect with clients.
  • Administer thorough intake evaluations to assess client needs and provide an accurate diagnosis, paving the way for effective treatment planning.
  • Create and implement customized treatment strategies that incorporate evidence-based practices and align with individual therapy goals.
  • Provide emotional support and crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring clients feel heard and supported during their most challenging moments.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes, adhering to HIPAA regulations and state guidelines.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client base will include a diverse array of individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By offering tailored therapeutic interventions and ongoing support, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their wellness goals and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.
  • Must possess an active Washington State licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
  • Proficiency in telehealth technology and virtual communication platforms to enable effective remote counseling sessions.
  • A strong ability to assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and implement tailored therapeutic interventions.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of direct experience in a mental health counseling role.
  • Experience working with a diverse client population and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex treatment scenarios and offer appropriate crisis interventions.
Compensation and Benefits
