The Job:

As a Business Development Manager you'll be part of our End User Strategy team as a remote employee. You'll get to:

  • Support New Product Commercialization.

  • Plan and oversee new product launches across SBDs multiple strategic business units.

  • Lead and execute comprehensive segment specific marketing/development plan.

  • Develop demand and sales of products by investigating and resolving customer problems, recommend modifications to the product line, and coordinates salesforce with appropriate personnel.

  • Work with cross functional team to clearly establish deadlines and new product roadmaps.

  • Drive for simplified, effective procedures when launching new product, including identifying new opportunities to drive growth.

  • Responsible for educating and communicating to the salesforce on new product.

  • Develop marketing vision, strategies, and tactics, including required long-range business plans and actions.

  • Skilled at building and aligning a team to the overall strategic plan of the group and holding yourself accountable for the failures while giving credit to your team for the successes.

  • Ability to collaborate with the appropriate internal team members to resolve problems that arise with the end users in your region.
