What Youโ€™ll Do

The Home Equity Processor will be part of the talented Home Equity team. The Home Equity Processor plays an essential role in assisting members with their loan process to gain access to their funds as quickly as possible. This role plays an important part in providing best in class service to our members. Our success is dependent upon someone who has great communication skills, is dependable, self-motivated, and member focused. Spanish speaking preferred.

This opportunity is open to flexible work options including a remote set up.

Core Contributions

  • Responsible for the thorough review of loan documents provided by the members and 3rd party vendors to satisfy required conditions which includes income documents, title, and appraisal reports.
  • Daily communication with members to provide updates and expectations throughout the loan process.
  • Educate members on Home Equity products and assist members with all inquiries.
  • Utilize internal reports and dashboards to maintain required service levels and ensure all daily tasks are completed.
  • Work in collaboration with other team members in Home Equity and other business areas.
  • Prepare and participate in regular pipeline reviews with management to ensure daily tasks are met.
  • Assist with coverage for co-workers to maintain member communication and processes.
  • Additional job-related projects and duties as assigned by management.

Assets You Will Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of experience in finance processing, preferred experience in real estate lending.
  • Experience analyzing personal and business tax returns and calculating variable income
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

The estimated salary for this role is $23.00 - $28.00 per hour.
