Correspondence Processor (Remote)

Position Overview

The Correspondence Processor is a non-clinical role responsible for processing and monitoring member and provider correspondence, generating letters, and ensuring adherence to established utilization management policies and procedures. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.

Work Arrangement

  • Fully Remote: Yes

Schedule Options

Candidates must be available for one of the following schedules (PST):

  • Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 1-2 years of professional experience
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or medical field preferred, particularly within managed care environments

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and monitor member and provider correspondence through internal letter management systems
  • Generate correspondence and letters using approved templates
  • Select appropriate templates based on business requirements
