Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced TIBCO Integration Developer to design, develop, and support integrations between enterprise systems, custom applications, and APIs. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the TIBCO suite and hands-on experience building scalable integrations, troubleshooting complex interfaces, and working closely with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO technologies.
Build and support integrations between enterprise platforms, custom-built applications, and third-party systems.
Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs for system-to-system communication.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and data flow challenges.
Collaborate with application development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless connectivity across systems.
Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and support procedures.
Ensure integrations follow security, scalability, and best-practice standards.
Participate in deployment, testing, and production support activities.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in TIBCO development and integration projects.
Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) and related TIBCO technologies.
Experience integrating with custom applications and enterprise systems.
Strong experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs.
