Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals aged 18 and over who experience various mental health challenges that may hinder their ability to live independently. Your focus will be to provide them with tailored interventions that support their journey toward recovery and help cultivate their ability to thrive within the community.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Current state licensure for independent practice as a licensed mental health professional, such as LMFT, LCMFT, LCSW-C, LCPC, or PsyD.
  • Proven ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record regarding licensure.
  • Demonstrated experience providing direct clinical services and conducting assessments.
  • Strong computer literacy, including knowledge of telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
  • An accessible, reliable high-speed internet connection to facilitate video sessions and remote collaboration.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing guidance and support for daily living and community integration skills.
  • Previous roles that involved developing leisure activities and interests for clients.
  • Expertise in managing behavior and anger management interventions.
  • Knowledge pertaining to family developmental issues and their impact on individual well-being.
