This position operates within an outpatient setting, offering therapists the ability to work remotely in a supportive and collaborative virtual environment. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand clients' needs, preferences, and backgrounds, crafting personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering resilience and improving overall mental health.
• Utilize secure telehealth platforms to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation, ensuring that services are accessible and effective.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their treatment journey, employing various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.
• Maintain clear communication and documentation of therapy sessions, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Partake in regular supervision sessions and peer consultations to enhance service delivery and foster continuous professional growth.

The primary focus of this role is to serve a diverse patient population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related issues. You’ll work with clients from various backgrounds, enabling you to apply culturally sensitive practices and adaptive therapeutic strategies to meet their specific needs.

• A current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; however, a Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred for more advanced therapeutic techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively build rapport and establish therapeutic connections with clients through virtual platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, coupled with a genuine empathetic approach towards client challenges and experiences.

• At least two years of professional experience in a clinical setting, showcasing your ability to provide therapeutic services effectively.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and platforms, enhancing the capability to deliver remote support.
• Ongoing professional development in therapeutic methodologies, especially those focused on evidence-based practices.
