• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead dynamic group therapy sessions for young adults, encouraging peer support and sharing of experiences.
• Individual Counseling: Conduct personalized therapy sessions focused on identifying and exploring clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, while providing critical coping strategies.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals and needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Progress Monitoring: Evaluate client progress through various assessment tools and client feedback, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Work in concert with a multidisciplinary team, participating in regular consultations and case discussions to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Your focus will primarily be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are participating in our structured Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces unique challenges, including identity crises, academic pressures, and the navigation of significant life transitions. Your role will involve not only therapeutic intervention but also community engagement, working to promote resilience and self-efficacy among this crucial population.

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.
• Strong ethical framework grounded in integrity, respect, and accountability in clinical practice.

• Previous experience working with diverse populations, particularly in youth and young adult mental healthsettings.
• Demonstrated ability to engage clients in both individual and group therapy formats.
• Experience with evidence-based treatment modalities is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
